Here at Bambino´s we go through great lengths to bring you authentic New York Neapolitan Style Pizza. We are all about fresh ingredients and doing to them as little as possible, just using their natural flavors we bring to life in our brick oven.

Using the right mozzarella is paramount, that is why we use a small creamery to craft our fresh mozzarella. It is made to order in small batches according to the Old Italian Tradition. The same is true to all our ingredients. Our sausages are made in house using only meat from local butchers, the vegetables are picked up from the farmers market and roasted daily. Our dough is made and proofed for two days and then topped with San Marzano tomato sauce, and so much more.

The true stars of our cooking however are our suppliers, the Mom and Pop farmer who care about their product as much as we care about ours. We want to thank them for making Bambino’s happen. Below are a few names, but there are many more. To all, Thank You.
